*Do you offer customization on your product? Yes! We love to customize. As long as it is an item that we make in our studio, it can be customized. We can also help guide you if you have an idea for a special event, club, celebration or gift for someone special. Let us make your occasion even more memorable! We create our own in-house graphics so there usually isn't an extra charge. There is a small fee for digitizing artwork for embroidery, but usually not for text/names added to an item with embroidery.
*Where do you ship from and when does my order get shipped? We ship from our studio in Las Vegas, NV. A few times a year we take our boutique to horse shows and rodeos so during those events we will ship from that location. We try to ship out in 24 hours, but no later than 48 hours if we have to make your item. Customization may take a bit longer if we need to send you proofs.
*Do you wholesale your handmade items to stores and offer them customization? Yes...very soon! We are working on a separate log-in section of our website that will allow retailers to see all the items we wholesale along with customization options, quantities, drop shipping and discount pricing. This will take a bit of time, so hang in there! Our goal is to have it available for 4th quarter holiday shopping. We are compiling a wholesale contact list, so please use our contact us page or call us direct with your store and contact info and you will be the first to know when wholesale is available.
*Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes...in fact, all of our items will be wrapped in tissue and sealed with our branded sticker. Our mugs come in a branded gift box and are packaged in an outer shipping box to ensure that they arrive safely. If you would like your items packaged any differently, please use the "special instructions" box during checkout.
